REMU Screening Buckets can be used for many purposes in which it is intended to separate fine material and coarse material, or fine material which has lumpiness. In cooperation our customers and our dealers we find more and more purposes of use REMU screens. Under has been presented a few:

Making Topsoil

The most general and original purpose to use the REMU screening bucket is the making top soil for landscaping, nurseries and whole sales. Because top soil is used for many different applications, the required composition of topsoil can also vary. For example, in the golf courses and sport fields the structure of top soil can be quite different as the greenhouse. When using REMU screening bucket you can make perfect mix for each use, by mixing peat, sand, silt, clay, moraine and even stone sand, and also have high quality end product which does not contain sharp edged, crushed stones.

Maintenance of sport fields and parks

REMU screening bucket can be used for maintenance of sport fields, golf courses and parks. Damaged areas are easy to repair with small skid steer and screening bucket without big machines which can damage surrounding field. By using screening bucket existing soil can be mixed with additional substance to great the perfect mix for that spot.

Padding ( Back filling)

REMU Screening buckets presents more profitable way for contracting the cables, gas-, water- and sewer-pipelines, septic tanks etc.

The REMU screen genuinely separates fine and coarse material without crushing bigger particles to the separated material as sharp pieces. Screening bucket with 20mm (4/5”) blade gap produces 15 mm (5/8”) grain size, which is filling all the demands to protect the cables, pipes etc.

By using a screening bucket for the back filling of the excavation there will be reasonable savings of transport masses and sand back and forward. More than half of the jobs doesn't need any sand to be purchased as well there is nothing to carry a way. Even worst cases using REMU Screening bucket the needed quantity of new masses will be reduced a lot.
